Breaking the Chains with Knowledge
We live in a world where we are constantly learning. Some things are hiding right in front of your face because you haven't been aware to notice them. Wetiko is normally one of those things. Wetiko disables human discernment, blinds us, makes us less bright, and spreads itself through shared human reality. Wetiko makes most humans blind to being in the position of being unaware.
An overarching spirit of wetiko is feeding off of humanity, yet is purposed to be customized to each one of us as an infection is. Through this physically invisible anchor of demonic control, people are manipulated emotionally so that they are better food. Wetiko feeds off of raw emotions: the fear, the anger, the pain, the greed, the uncertainty and chaos. In this sense alone, humans are like cattle. Humans can easily become instuments of possession, operated from the outside, without recognizing their possession. People influence and act upon one another, but wetiko consists of different elements of control, usually evil - egregores or mindsets of dominance. What's worse, this dark force seeks to replicate itself through the results of the all-consuming mind virus that seeks to rule every human being, in every thing he or she does. Humans happen to be very good at spreading the mind virus, as well as feeding the monster.
When an egregore (think of an egregore as a single aspect of thought control) of wetiko becomes attached to a human, that person becomes a property, a tool to be used. Happily, humans are not powerless. Your conscious mind determines whether the force is a curse or a blessing. What matters most is how you relate to what you are being influenced by. Knowing what is happening gives you the power to fight what seeks to own you outright.
In these dark times, many leaders and influencers are unwitting tools of wetiko, playing roles that propagate more wetiko evil. Wetiko has been so normalized within society and leadership roles, that people are likely not aware of the demonic power that holds them and propels them. Leaders that believe they think on their own are often unwittingly doing the bidding of a force outside them. They are pawns rather than rulers. It's a sick situation to be certain. A war is actively taking place. Whether darkness or light is being fed within each of us is determined by us.
What we see today in the United States, for example, is an internal war within the minds and hearts of many millions, dreamed up and constantly projected upon others, often for the benefit of the doing the projecting. We see the surface of the conflict, but not the inner conflict directly. As you well know, people even turn upon themselves with self-destructive behavior. Humans become both perpetrator and victim as they feed the dark forces of wetiko.
A group of people, even a nation can be made susceptible and seized on a collective scale by the power of wetiko, in a large scale act of compulsion. We see this kind of behavior all the time, yet little is often offered up as an explanation beyond simple personal influence. We use our intelligence to study, analyze, to make choices, even to change nature around us beyond our understanding. Yet even modern science has come to understand that we influence the world around us with our ideas, for better or worse. From our understanding of what we call "reality" emerges intentions, behaviors and action.
Humans don't like to admit that they are, or even could be controlled by anything, so an automatic denial and resistance to something you can't physically see can be profound. But think about it. Your thoughts and how we influence one another can't be physically seen, and most rational people don't have issues with admitting "invisible" relationships. What becomes problematic for many to believe is the idea that some overarching force is manipulating and controlling human beings for their own benefit, and feeding from their emotive energies.
The self-serving wetiko mindform infects all cultures and human systems. Wetiko creates the notion of separation from humans and the rest of nature, the use of magnificent levels of selfish consumption of everything about us for purpose and profit. It's the desire of self to be unchained by limits and reason. It harms and consumes all. It directs the focus and energies of individuals, culture, society and leadership.
Culture on any level can be so full of ambition that there exists no capacity to recognize other life and cultures as valid. The ambition is invasive and self-absorbed. Empathy and compassion are cut off. Wetiko leaves a visible path, often one of annihilation. You can see this clearly in nations, religions, bankers and capitalist culture. It nearly oozes from the pores of some vampiric individuals. We do the world a disservice by simply winking at their efforts.
Being conscious of these mindsets of evil makes you less likely to succumb mindlessly to those motivations. This begins to loosen the control that eggregores of wetiko have personally, and begins to weaken the larger evil agency. When you are able to see wetiko around you and in you, you begin to possess self-knowledge and understanding of the world of humanity, and beyond. In this way, you can see beyond needless consumption and attainment, especially at the expense of others. Then you begin to rewrite your personal rules and influence others to do the same, and begin to live with more freedom.
