Wetiko, the very evidence and presence of evil, seems to have its' presence in everything. How do you know what thought (thoughtform-tulpa or collective egregore) to begin to trust, or is trust even a wise idea? Once you arrive at a certain place in life, you may find yourself fielding these kind of questions. Naturally, this requires your being aware of your thoughts at all. Your thoughts are a construct of energy through the focus of intention and emotion. Intent is what makes you invulnerable, a driving force, as a consciousness. When you are aware of your thoughts, you are in good company, and in a much better place than someone that is programmed; blindly acts or blindly accepts what is in front of them without question.
Some people are emotionally immature, refusing to recognize any thought in their head, and causing constant conflict around them. You also are able to see those that have adopted the very depths of wetiko, and create constant conflict by design. These people cannot be readily helped, because their powers of self-examination are not functioning. They are not open to new constructive thoughtforms, or even a new thought that does not fit into their limited paradigm. Their minds, their energies are closed.
Like the rest of the known universe, thoughts are energy, and when you give focus to a thought, you give that idea energy and growth. You feed energy through the energy of your thoughts. Quite simply put, the thoughts that you entertain lead to choices based on that energy. Repetition of thoughts can lead to beliefs and belief systems as collective thoughtforms or egregores.
Your thoughts create your reality, your perception of what is around you, in mind and body. Visualizations amplify your intent, building the strength of your conscious power, just as speaking and acting in line with your intention does. Beliefs are a stronger set of thoughts that you have devoted more energy to, shaping how you respond to what is happening about you. No matter your age, deep entraining of your thought patterns can be unlearned.
The whole point is building thoughtforms that are useful and helpful to yourself and others, while eliminating thoughtforms that aren't. You mindfully consider your thoughts and beliefs. In this way, you begin to build your own reality, your perception of ideas.
The bigger problem presents itself as to what thoughts you can trust. Trust enables you to overcome uncertainty, especially when you perceive yourself to be vulnerable. Despite what the world of culture and society may tell you, trust is not magical. Trust is about actions and "accountability," about joint harmonious existence. To some, trust is a leap of faith rather than a science. To others, trust is all about manipulation, a pretense. Consider that broken trust is not generally repairable. That is why it is important to have your observational powers intact, and the capacity to actually think, as well as taking some time to do so.
While leaps of faith can be liberating, they can also be debilitating. Having a look at the reliability and evidence of consideration for others is important, but ultimately trust is a calculation of reliability based on vulnerability. The more vulnerable and fearful you believe you are, the more you generally desire to trust in something, and can be manipulated.
Living a full life is about confidence in your own thinking ability, thoughtforms and understanding; confidence in your own consciousness. While not flawless, your mindful observations are what you have to perceive what is happening around you, and then being able to get to the operational truth of the matter. Trust is both talent and gift, a willingness to have something in common with others, and allowing them to share that with you. Trust is an act of being a friend. It's the beginning of being a friend in kind that you can possess only with another being, not an institution of people that portend to represent something.
Trusting an institution really is blind in most cases, wholly dependent on people behind the scenes that are not necessarily interested in healthy relationship. In the world that exists in front of you, simple contractual work operates through imagined constructs of fabled law. Institutions have proved unworthy of any trust time and time again, although you may find exceptions.
Trust is based on thoughts that you truly appreciate. Since like tends to attract like, it's vital to monitor your thoughts and personal collective thoughtforms or egregores. Eliminate the harmful and focus on the helpful. That is how you begin to design your life without wetiko and its' field of evil playing you for the fool.(1)

The awakened consciousness must deal with the knowledge of perception trickery. Your perception resides with you alone in this electric universe. However, you are being instructed otherwise with the illusion of human agency. The experts will do your thinking for you. Yet the truth is that life is more than what you see: a small band of light frequency. Humans are essentially blind, but don’t recognize that blindness. The rest of surrounding matter is unseen and unappreciated by most of humanity because humanity is enslaved to experts of dogma and scientism that push what you can see. What you have in this world is a system of perceptual control and mass psychosis. What is hidden often manipulates humanity to both feed and produce low frequency energy.(1)
In this system, each of us is literally bombarded from the cradle with fake information, perceptions and suppression for the advantage of "authority" and secretized society. We have strong documentation of this manipulation since the Roman Empire, but also evidence from earlier than that. Censorship is always about the insecure working to control perception. The real issue behind the trust dilemna is how can you trust utter falsehood and distortions. You can't when you seek any version of truth. You cannot give in to perception control and any agency that pushes perception control. When you give up your power, you don't easily get that power back - if you do. You and yours have said yes far too often. You must expand you consciousness beyond the programming of this world and cease your silent agreement. Permission is the opposite of intent, as is intent contaminated by self-doubt. You are much more. You are powerful and your thoughts and actions project that power, that is, if you are actually doing the thinking and directing yourself. Obviously, this is a position that you grow into, but putting down negativity in your life is a key factor to your success.(1)
There comes a time in life when it’s time to let go of past thinking, and sometimes that means new people and a new place. When you’ve been in prison, you don’t go back to your old neighborhood unless you love trial and defeat. Even then, your mind is more powerful than place and time, which means your thinking is an evolution of more productive and truth-seeking ideas. Life may fight you, but you continue the move to positive change, to allow new thinking to flow into your life. Your first move is to dump fear, and recognize it for the mind-killer and imaginary source of evil that it usually is.
To make space for better, you clear out the old clutter of ideas that don’t benefit you, and may have never helped you. You clear the mental rubbish, and stop listening to trash can platitudes and lies from those that know only deception and their own profit motive. You are not a consumer, but a producer. You let go of the old energy to embrace the new, and openly find what you like about yourself as you change. Your childhood and past life don’t determine your value.
Everything you possess carries energy with it, so getting rid of the old opens the door for new. Most people stop and look at the physical, but our focus should be on the power of our minds, your mind. Letting go of old thinking is a big part of that, no matter how gradually you may start. This is not about rushing into the unknown, at least not necessarily. Allowing yourself to let go of old resentments so that loving energy can enter your life and mind is a good place to start.
Decide what serves you and consider keeping it. Every day, find an idea or notion that doesn’t serve you, and get rid of it. Abandon it completely and open your mind to new possibilities. Live life a day at a time, and stop worrying, because worrying never did anything for you beyond causing inaction and more pain. More importantly, if you don’t use something, get rid of it. Only then will you begin to discover what is really important to you, and then begin to redirect your thinking to what doesn’t feed wetiko and purposes of evil.
But remember, when you allow the gaslighters and manipulators back into your life, or fail to expunge them, you are no better off than when you started. You look forward at a new life, a life of the peace and love that you may have never possessed. You no longer accept cultish thought patterns and hero worship as your food for life, and learn to treasure your independence, while developing a new respect for healthier people, as you learn who those are. You aren’t afraid to be alone though. That is how you find time to use your mind. As you develop your renewed mind, make space for joy and gratitude, no matter how dark the world appears. You are the antidote to wetiko.
Sure, things happened to you. You probably created false beliefs around those happenings. Then false beliefs were impressed upon you by others. None of that is who you are. You are far more powerful than the past, as you shed the rubbish can of the old for the new. You have the power to heal yourself, to dissolve old wounds, to love yourself, to find better health, to be a more whole being, to think more mindfully and clearly.
Imagine what you want to see in your life. You are so powerful that by rehearsing constructive elements in your mind and life, you create them. Visualizing is vital is getting what you desire, but not about visualizing what you don’t. In other words, worry will cause defeat. Life is spiritual as well, so none of this is limited to physical stuff. What you discover is only limited by you. Through regular visualizing, you will likely find these very things bearing fruit in your life and surroundings.
The people you have in your life, those you listen to, and that make talk around you, are vital to your success. The thinking and actions of those around you can defeat your desires and purposes. But you probably already know that. Right? That is why you don’t want others that routinely and effortlessly feed wetiko to remain in your life. Know also that not everyone has the same capacity as you do. You can’t pour a gallon of milk in a glass. You are looking for people with large capacities of consciousness. That’s why you can’t share everything you do, the improvements you make, the fresh things you find, with everyone. (1)
Not everyone will understand. They may try to hold you hostage to your past, or to weigh down your soul with trifles. Refuse to accept this. You may find that those that knew you no longer recognize you. Accept that as an opportunity, a springboard into your new future. Build a new family that accepts you for who you are. You can begin this by gathering in small groups that support and fulfill your constructive dreams and intentions. Or just be a friend and do the same thing. That is what being a friend is about. That is also how you begin to defeat wetiko, one day at a time. (1)
Meanwhile, the unseen cannot simply be ignored. It is more real than the world of humanity that you find yourself in. (1)(2)
